punbond is a nonwoven material/fabric. Our spunbond is produced using DOUBLE BEAM TECHNOLOGY, which produces quality spunbond, tighter fibers, stronger, smoother surface, and less furry. We have several brands of spunbond products, including: SPUNtex, SPUNtex LB, and SPUNtex Health.
Usage:
SPUNtex is our trademark that is produced using a Double Beam machine to produce stronger, hairless, tight, and dense Spunbond. The standard width of SPUNtex is 160 cm with a length of up to 100 meters per roll. With gramasi/m2 (gsm) specifications between 12 - 150 gsm.
SPUNtex Color Standard:
For special needs, SPUNtex can be added with the following additives:
- UV STABILIZED
Serves as a stabilization of spunbond against UV / sunlight / This additive is generally used by the agricultural and fruit industry.
- HYDROPHILIC
Makes SPUNtex material able to absorb water. This additive is generally added for applications in the absorbent industry
- HYDROPHOBIC
Serves so that SPUNtex cannot absorb water. This additive is usually used for products such as tablecloths, wrappers, and bags.
- FLAME RETARDANT
This additive functions as an anti-fire on SPUNtex. Flame Retardant is used as a surface coating that can inhibit, suppress, or delay the formation of fire to prevent the spread of fire.
- SOFTENER
Softener additive functions as a softener for SPUNtex. The addition of this additive is generally used for mask, hair net, and shoe cover products.

SPUNtex LB is a Spunbond that has large width specifications for spring bed, sofa, automotive, and other wide spunbond needs. SPUNtex LB with standard width between 200 cm - 260 cm and length varies between 500 m - 1000 m per roll.

SPUNtex HEALTH is our spunbond brand specifically for health and medical purposes, such as PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) suits, medical masks, head covers, shoe covers, and also underwear. SPUNtex HEALTH is produced with anti-bacterial additives.
Standard SPUNtex HEALTH products have a thickness of 20-75 gsm with a length variation of 1000 m - 2000 m with width as needed.
